I probably would not have purchased a turquoise necklace initially because of all the poorer quality turquoise necklaces I have seen elsewhere, but I absolutely love this one! Note the turquoise is reconstituted - in that the shapes and markings have become uniform, and the shapes (large oval beads, cubes, teardrops, tiny spheres, and chips) work beautifully with the clear crystal chips and the beautiful biwa pearls that have the most incredible luster. This is a very artful design, and I can imagine wearing this necklace during summer patio parties.
